@ainurchik Graphic design is not my specialty, but here is a quick attempt at adding the frame to the four corners of the page. What do you think?

@ainurchik This has been added to the staging site. Some notes:

• So far, it is limited to the home-page only
• The sides of the page have been made white
• Includes support for high-contrast mode
