and remove dependency to hspec-discover (obsolete package).

This patch may increase the degrees of freedom to upgrade package (warp, in particular) version without breaking consistency for Debian Haskell Group.

If there is no problem, would you please merge this, and bump simple-sendfile version ?

hspec-discover is now included in hspec. I guess that the right way to fix is that Debian upgrades hspec to 1.3.
