ShiftIt doesn't use the full screen if you're hiding the menu bar with something like MagicMenu #48

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install MagicMenu
2. Autohide menu bar in any application
3. Use ShiftIt to resize a window in any position that covers the top half of 
the screen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I'm expecting the resized window to go all the way to the top of the screen, 
instead, it behaves as if the menubar is still there and not hidden

What version of the product are you using?

1.5

On what operating system( 10.5
or 10.6)?

10.6

Are you using a dual monitor? No

Attach screenshots if it is a problem with the window position and size.

Please attach logs if you notice any crashes.
