SSL / HTTPS support for Persevere #201

Need to be able to create secure connections from Browser to Persevere and
from Persevere to other things (including other Persevere instances).

I'm not sure how important this is... I suspect it needs to be there for
Version 1, but I'm not sure.

Has anyone tried this yet? This is generally the responsibility of the HTTP 
server 
layer (jetty or apache) for handling incoming HTTPS requests. I believe the 
Apache HTTP 
client that is used for outgoing http requests supports HTTPS as well. Have we 
seen any 
problems with this not working?

Browser to Persevere works great.

Persevere to Persevere may need a little attention.
