Error running a clean server instance

[GoogleCodeExporter]

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a clean server instance with
persvr --gen-server test
2. cd test
3. run new server with
persvr

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Error in output is long so I put it in the attached file

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm using head on linux.

Please provide any additional information below.

You may need to do a clean and rebuild. It looks like this is an issue with 
incremental 
building.
