So a QR code is just an encoding of information. A QR code only has so much space on the generated image to store data. For an image, it is very likely that a QR code will not be able to encode all that information without being absolutely massive.
If you have a very tiny image and want it encoded in a QR code, first you should read the image file in as bytes then store those bytes in the QR code using this library. If you want to share a full image, the advice of encoding the link to the image is pretty spot on.
The purpose of a QR code is more conveyance of data and less storage of data, if that makes sense to you.

If you paste the following into the chrome address bar it will show an image (random mountain scene I found on google!) -- it is far too long for a QRCode, but I would expect the basic technique to work - encode a small image this way and create a QR code to be used as a URL...

I search for internet i found it can save image in public server and read by
using internet and this is best .
