it is cumbersome to create GitHub Actions Secrets for many projects #1

The inspectus' project's .github/worflows/tests.yml now requires ${{ secrets.GRADLE_PROPERTIES }} to be provided. Same for the inspectus4selenium' project. Same for the inspectus4katalon-gradle-plugin' project. Same for ...

there would be even more.

I have to create the secreate.GRALE_PROPERTIES in GitHub Actions Secret for each projects. It is cumbersome.

Any wayt to simply this task?
