As described at https://github.com/kazurayam/inspectus/issues/44, the inspectus project now publishes a Maven repository hosted at GitHub Package registry

Should the inspectus4katalon-graple-plugin use this Maven repository as its dependency?

Yes, it should.

The CI Action of "inspectus4katalon-gralde-plugin" by .github/workflows/tests.yml requires it.
