Readme.MD install command should include a mkdir to create the extensions folder #6

mkdir ~/.local/share/gnome-shell/extensions

I hadn't installed any extensions on my computer yet, and since that folder did not exist, the installation didn't work correctly. You should add this to the install command to cover all the bases.
