New Welcome Page on the first load of the app.

Notable changes:

Added a SettingsManager to handle settings in the future
Added the Welcome Page with two theme design
Added a button in Settings to reset the application (and re-triggering the Welcome Page)
Created a new StackNavigator for the Welcome Page (from react-native-screens/native-stack, which seemed to be working better than React Navigation)
New Translation
Fixed app loading
