Implementation of a new Settings page with a full redesign and a refactor of the settings system within the app.

Notable changes:

New Settings Page
New Modals/Popup design from scratch (removed old dialog modules)
Enabled option to open app on favorite group or not (was enabled by default and unchangeable before)
Rework Filters system with a new clear visual
Completely remove Redux from project, now only using our own SettingsManager
Fix few unimportant bugs
New translation

Known bug:

MyGroupButton text not updating after language change
