Us/14: Add a To-Do-List / Notes pages

Provide a new page for the user where he will be able to add notes and mark them as done or delete them

Notable changes:

• New button in the drawer
• New Screen in StackNavigator
• Created handler in DataManager to store notes and their state (selected or not)
• New Notes page design with date on top, text input at bottom with a '+' button to add a note
• Simple press on a note set it to marked
• Long press on a note deletes it

Closing PR because feature isn't ready yet.

Key point missing:

• Removing date in the notes page because it is useless
• Adding a placeholder to the text input
• Adding a KeyboardAvoidingView component because of iOS page visibility
• Adding a text when their is no notes
• Align text in the notes
• Handle notes suppression in a different (and better) way
