Adding subtitles/alternative titles may cause Orbeon to crash #113

Currently we are experiencing frequent crashes apparently related to the use of the buttons for adding work subtitles/alternative titles etc. To reproduce: Open any file not yet containing a work subtitle in the editor and add a subtitle using "Add more titles" > "Add subtitle" (or any other type). Editor is loading for a long time and is irresponsive on returning. XQueries such as list_files.xq may still be executable for some time. Restarting Tomcat seems to be necessary to get MerMEId running again.

Problem persists. May have to do with an error in the automatically added languages in <langUsage>
