nodifier does not return anything #172

Function "nodifier" in filter_put.xsl and mei_to_html.xsl returns nothing

mei_to_html.xsl fixed by commit 11279c3858f443063f9619883f19ddb9c900c70f

Introducing nodifier in filter_put.xsl in the first place was a bug. Fixed with commit 3926c35c5c628736792efae4c8aab5b940e0c9fb
