make drop-down lists customizable #6

Move a number of drop-down lists to the eXist DB to make customization easier. This includes: Languages Persons' roles / relations Image resolutions (for incipits) Source classification Writing medium

Closed lists restricted by the MEI schema will not be moved to eXist. These include the list of keys/modes, meter symbols, and FRBR relations, for instance. The list of MARC instruments/ensembles/voices should not be edited either and will remain in the MerMEId code. The list of bibliographic reference types (letter, book, article etc.) is initmately connected to MerMEId functionality and therefor also remains in the main code.

Roles are currently based on the MARC relators list, which definitely is not sufficient in all situations. It may be advisable only to expand the list as desired without changing existing, MARC-compliant values.
