Exceptional, Flexible, Protective, and Consuming are worth 2 Features each.

Protective also behaves differently for Device & Technique (see pg51)

Also, initial value (modified by special cases) is 1 Refresh buys 2 Features + 1 Flaw, and 1 Feature = 1 Flaw for further customization.
