When it never varies nor needs clarification: Consuming is always 'Costs a Fate Point to use', for example.

Independent is always "Can act independently without expenditure of a Fate Point" Resilient is always "+1 Mild Consequence slot" Limited with @effect 1 is always "Can be used once per Scene" Limited with @effect 2 is always "Can be used once per Session" (Maybe add a checkbox in both cases)
