The contributing.md page doesn't get rendered correctly on github.io #608

This page doesn't get properly rendered: https://kbandla.github.io/dpkt/contributing.md I have no idea why, so look into it.

This is strange. There is no way to 'refresh', so I changed the folder from /doc to /root, and back again, in hopes that it will rebuild the files. But it looks like its using Readme.md from /root, while the status still says:

Your GitHub Pages site is currently being built from the /docs folder in the master branch. Learn more.

I will try again in a few hours.
