Purpose of code changes on this branch:

On some platforms nmap developers found that sa->sa_len might equal 0.
This is a workaround for that issue.

After the review, I'll merge this branch into:
/trunk

with message: "Work around for sa->sa_len approved by dugsong'

Currently I have the trunk checked out, do I need to create a new branch
for the Nmap merges?
