Running locally #20

I'm trying to follow the docker instructions. The command in the readme: docker run -e KBASE_ENDPOINT -e DASHBOARD_ENDPOINT -e ROOT_PREFIX -p 5000:5000 kbase-catalog doesn't work

Maybe the example should be changed to docker run -e KBASE_ENDPOINT=https://ci.kbase.us/services -e DASHBOARD_ENDPOINT=https://ci.kbase.us -p 5000:5000 kbase-catalog

Now however when I try to load localhost:5000, I get an infinite redirect error:

This page isn’t working
localhost redirected you too many times.

@sychan maybe you know how to run this?

I tried clearing cookies and running in incognito
