added app page. It should look almost exactly like https://narrative.kbase.us/#catalog/apps/ using base.html template to use the same header for both catalog template (index.html) and app page template (app_page.html).

Also, if this is only meant for running against production (so Google doesn't index CI or next), then hard-coding those urls in the templates might be ok.

I believe we only care about indexing production. In fact it might be bad to have it index CI or next.
