Enable travis #202

Basic travis ci enablement

@sychan: Steve, are you ok with absence of tests here? Is it just start and you are going to add "make test" target in next PRs?

This is just to get the basic travis working and to start working on a build status dashboard. The "make test" need some playing around with auth credentials which I will put into a subsequent PR.
