Also changed some instances of "method" to "App" (though there were other places it said "method" that I didn't change because I wasn't sure whether they were referring to apps or methods in the more generic sense.
BTW, I think there are other things in this README that need updating. @msneddon, if you want to take a few minutes to look it over with me and identify what needs to be changed, I can update it.
