Coverage remained the same at 70.984% when pulling c439bd46a82acaad2c1ffbb7ee8571d0534d1466 on MrCreosote:dev-testing into 88b3594d0b8cebb188c5d65d6e84a009f9a36fa1 on kbaseapps:dev-testing.

I should have said this earlier, but we should change the input from a single input ref to a list of input refs. This pr is fine, but we'll need to change the input to a list at some point soon.
