@jungbluth do you know if the abundance table uses NCBI Biosample ids?

@realmarcin the "Table Source" you linked above has the IDs appended (I added these from the publication's Supplementary Table 1). Both NCBI BioSample IDs and EBI BioSample IDs are used.
