- Display a boolean field to flag the project as needing special attention.
- Display a text field for additional notes about the project.
On the judge's list of projects:
- Display a flag of some type for projects for which the boolean field is true.
On the judge view of a project
- Display the additional notes for the project.
Some projects need to leave early or need other special consideration. We need a way to flag those projects with special notes so they appear differently to the judge.
