Describe the bug Patching failed on application start.

To Reproduce I start Rimworld only with Harmony, Hugslib & Rocketman. I get this error every time.

With assistance on Discord, I conclude this must have been an issue with mod updates (via RimPy) or some other persistance-between-updates issue. With more cleanups, I'm no longer able to reproduce the problem.
