This adds the parts list and the POS rotations for PCB assembly at JLCPCB.
This requires the use of the JLCPCB KiCad extension to edit: https://github.com/Bouni/kicad-jlcpcb-tools#installation-
When loading this for the first time, make sure import the rotations list by going to Manage Rotations->import->hw/picocart64_v2/jlcpcb/rotations.csv ; otherwise, the rotations will be incorrect when generating the production files.
