Commit Tensorflow model to the repo #2

Similar to #1, looking at recognizer.py, the denormalize json file is located somewhere outside the repo.

Good catch.

I used to call that file denormalize.json, but I've since renamed it card_catalog.json

I forgot to update it in one location.

It should be fixed now
