EnergyPlus Simulations - Remove or filter uninformative warnings for .err file #240

Describe the translation issue or enhancement:
eplusout.err files have a lot of warnings that are not relevant to the 
simulation.  Examples:

 ** Warning ** ProcessScheduleInput: Schedule:Compact="SCHEDULE:COMPACT {A0B665D9-C418-4F4B-A41F-B2E1E7A99643}", Blank Schedule Type Limits Name input -- will not be validated.

   ** Warning ** Output:Meter:MeterFileOnly: invalid Name="INTERIORLIGHTS:DISTRICTHEATING" - not found.

I have assigned this to Dan, but the fix for this could be a combination of 
reverse translator updates and/or filtering of .err file by CBECC tool.

What version of OpenStudio are you using? On what operating system?
OS r12132, E+ 7.2

We can potentially eliminate the schedule type limits warning but the meter 
name not found should be filtered out by Scott

Roger will look at EnergyPlus to see if E+ can turn off reporting of warnings.
