U-Value error in Baseline Construction - 'OtherFloorU071' #351

An error was encountered while trying to simulate the 
00200-OfficeSmall-CECRefProp model with the baseline constructions assigned as 
a minimally compliant proposed construction. 

The 'OtherFloorU071' construction evaluates to a calculated U-value of 
U-0.0710227 causing an CHECKCODE error. The code required minimum is U-0.071.

I believe the issue causing the error has been fixed, but the name of the 
compliance insulation material is suffixed with the R-Value, and thus would 
have to be changed from 'Compliance Insulation R9.83' to 'Compliance Insulation 
R9.84' after the correction to the R-Value.

The r-value was changed from 9.83 to 9.831, so I don't think a name change is 
necessary.

The'Compliance Insulation R9.83' in the MaterialData.csv reports a R-value of 
9.835 for , so does the .xml file/s generated post simulation.

The UserInterface round up the R-value of the material to R-9.84.

Hi Sandeep,
I just updated a revised MaterialData.csv and .xlsx that fixes the rounding 
error that you were seeing.  Now the displayed R-Value for "Compliance 
Insulation R9.83" will be 9.83 (actually 9.8349, but 9.83 on the CBECC screen).

Please "DoneVerified" this issue if you deem it complete.
