Define a consistent policy on how to handle inputs on the UI screens as they 
relate to ACM defaults 

e.g. Space Screen Data
- Do we group all inputs that will be defaulted by the ACM on a new tab
- Gray-out the defaulted screens when in compliance mode 
- Group schedules together that are defaulted by ACM on another tab
- Provide a default text "Set by ACM" or some other variation

Options to be discussed and explored with the team at a later date

"On the Space Data Screen, Space Function Defaults Ref and Space Function are 
confusing because they are right next to each other and seem to overwrite one 
another."
