No Hydronic/DHW Dual Use #587

We have projects from time to time in which either a central boiler system or
individual water heaters provide both DHW and hydronic space heating, usually
to dwelling units. There is currently no way to do this from what I've
determined.

When a heating coil is set to type "HotWater", if the inlet and outlet fluid
segments are selected from a fluid system of type "ServiceHotWater", CBECC-Com
throws an error demanding that these be from a fluid system of type "HotWater".
So the program does not currently allow a storage water heater with dual use
capacity, such as Apollo's water heaters.

When, conversely, the supply fluid segment from a fluid system of type
"HotWater" with a boiler is chosen for the SHW, the calculation completes, but
completes as if there is no DHW.

I tried to add a storage water heater to the "HotWater" fluid system alongside
the boiler and using the boiler's fluid segments. That resulted in a zero
baseline and a 1-point proposed for DHW.

The final attempt looked at a RecirculationDHWSystem. There appears to be no
way of leading hydronic space heating fluid segments out of a recirc system in
a way that a HotWater heating coil can connect with it.

Nikhil: I had some preliminary discussion this morning with the development
team and looks like we may be able to accomplish this though they would need to
look at it a bit closely. I do have a request from the team to see if there is
a one-line schematic diagram of the system from a typical project (mechanical
schedules) that we can use as a reference. Is this something you can provide?

Changing to low priority, as I believe this will be addressed in v3b/v4

Switching to WontFix to close since this system type is already on the list of
enhancements for v4 or beyond
