Please provide any additional information below.

The attached model represents simple, single zone relocatable public school 
building (RelocPubSchoolBldg = 1).  Baseline Opaque Envelope Constructions are 
not being assigned consistent with 'Table 140.3-D' of the standards, which 
identifies prescriptive requirements for relocatable public school buildings.  

Please review and advise on whether any additional/alternate inputs are 
required to achieve the expected behavior.
