CBECC-Com Issue - Output Forms #742

Issue Summary:
List the steps taken to produce the error. For example:
1. I open the sample 020012-OffSml-CECStd.cibd file that was generated on 
installation of the software (attached).

2. Run analysis of the model.

3. The results page shows that the calculations completed and I can see the 
energy use summary and unmet load hours summary.

4. I attempt to use the “Generate Draft T-24 Compliance Report” option from 
the tools menu

5. The attached error shows and no report is shown on the screen.

The error may be occurring if you are behind a firewall. You would need to 
enter the proxy settings in order for the program to connect to the report 
server to generate the report. You can enter the proxy settings in the 
“Program and Analysis Options” by selecting it from the tools menu. You may 
have to ask your IT administrators for the settings.
