Question from customer: “would you model a 2 pipe FCU heat only as 'SZAC' or 
'HV'”.  I’m guessing using a SZAC with only a heating coil is the best 
approach, but would appreciate your recommendation as I’m not an expert on 
the ruleset.

I would recommend using FPFC, and setting the cooling capacity to 0.  SZAC 
would probably work, but the FPFC is a closer representation of the actual 
system.
