Issue Summary:
1. Run Analysis of the attached .cibd file

2. Attached error messages boxed in red appear (remainder of errors have been 
submitted in a previous issue) – this appears to be occurring during the 
baseline sizing step in the calculation process.

The errors reported on the Baseline run were identified as bugs and corrected 
in the final release (v3) of CBECC-Com
