Error messages #771

I am currently working on the T24 analysis for a 5,000 S.F. plus commercial 
building. Using tutorial videos online, I have downloaded CBEEC-COM 2013 and 
inputed my building data using the simplified geometry method. When I attempt 
to run the analysis I receive a few error messages. The messages are as follows:

“Error: division by zero evaluating rule: Set default mat: 
simplewallcompositeR. Material rule line 369.”

"Error: undefined data: left side of “>” evaluating rule. Set default mat. 
Rval. Mat. Rule line 397.”

“Error: Undefined data: Denominator evaluating rule. Set default wtrhtr: 
Tankoffcyclelosscoef. Water heater rule 3404.” 

“Error: division by zero evaluating rule. Set sizing – proposed mat. 
simplewallcompositeR. Baseline rule line 101.” 

I have searched the internet and the user’s manual and cannot figure out what 
these errors mean or how to fix them. Any help and or explanation regarding 
these issues would be greatly appreciated.

Can you please send us the CIBD file (model file) and also indicate which 
version of the software you are using. We recommend downloading the latest 
version of CBECC-Com v3 which now has been certified by CEC for compliance. 
Please run your model in the new version and if you are still getting errors 
please send us the model file and the log file showing  the errors.  It is also 
recommended to uninstall the older versions of CBECC-Com before installing the 
new version.
