3.7.4.2 Air Side Economizers #796

Under Economizer Control Type, the first sentence under the baseline building 
says "Outdoor air economizers shall not be included in baseline HVAC Systems 1, 
2, 9, and 10."  But then Table 41, immediately below, shows that for systems 9 
and 10, Differential dry-bulb, None in climate zones 1a-, 1b, 2a, 3a, 4a. 

I am assuming that the table is incorrect, and should list None for systems 9 
and 10.  I will proceed with rules on this basis unless told otherwise.

Yes, the table is incorrect, I've revised it for the PRM as well. No 
economizers included in baseline for systems 1,2,9,10
