IES VE Issue - Other (FW: Greendinosaur Issue with IES-VE) #799

Issue Summary:
Please see below.  Any idea what could cause these errors?  They occur as soon 
as the user pushes simulate.  I have not yet received a copy of the model but 
suspect this is a CBECC-Com installation issue and not something that is model 
specific.

This appears to be an installation issue where the file CEC 2013 NonRes 
BEMbase.bin is not located where the software is expecting to find it.  I’m 
not sure how your installation works, but in a CBECC-Com installation there is 
an ini file where the location of the BEMBase.bin file is specified.
