What 90.1 PRM Section(s) are relevant to this issue?

3.4.5 - Daylighting, Daylight Illuminance Setpoint

Explanation of issue:

Input restrictions for proposed design indicate:

"Should be consistent with the visual tasks in the space and the
   recommendations of IESNA."

As written, this cannot be checked or enforced by software:

Proposed resolution:

1) Need to identify recommended range as a function of SpaceFunction and
    Complete Building function.
2) Need to clarify what the software is to do if the user input value is above
and or below the specified range.

Luke,

1) We can follow the range based on space function and complete building
function, as specified in Appendix 3.4A, also attached.
2) What would you recommend as a way forward in such a case? I guess if the
value is below the min or above the max, the user shouldn't be allowed to
proceed. Is there any such restriction for Title-24?
