The SQL that is produced cannot be opened by OpenStudio Results viewer. I have 
attached the SQL (refer to original email for attachment).

Version = 2013_3_653

I was able to open your sql file using Results Viewer 1.4.0.  What versions of 
Results Viewer are you using?  Do you get any messages when attempting to open 
the file?
