Fenestration Construction Assembly #825

Luke,

When a construction assembly has not been assigned to fenestration (vertical 
and skylight) the simulation terminates with no CHECKSIM error being posted.

Do you want to add a CHECKSIM for this or should I?

This error was found in CBECC-Com V3 and the current repo. version.

Do you have a model that exhibits this behavior in V3?  I was unable to 
replicate it...

For the 020012S from the v3 projects folder I removed the fenestration 
construction assembly for the first window in Permiter_ZN_3.  

For the 080012 from the v3 projects folder I removed the skylight construction 
assembly from the first skylight in Spc_BulkStorage.

The fatal error screen is attached.  It was the same for both models.

FenConsRef reclassified as compulsory - changes comitted to rev2703.  This 
should correct the issue.

Luke,

This is the error message (attached) that I am seeing when I delete a 
construction assembly.  Let me know if this is correct and i will close the 
issue. Thanks.

Noah - 
The error identifies the properties Win:FenConsRef and Skylt:FenConsRef as 
compulsory but undefined, and is the intended message.
