Report - Number of Thermal Zones #827

Nikhil,

Row 13 and 14 of the Performance Report are not showing the correct number of 
zones if a multiplier is used at the Thermal Zone level or at the Story level.

It seems like the term we should be using to show total zones in the report is:

ThrmlZn:HVACZnCntWithMult  (then summing all of these across the model)

This value is not currently being passed to the OpenStudio translated .xml file.

Let me know if i should make any changes to the term for Robert to pick this up 
or if i should make a new term called Bldg:HVACZnCntWithMult.

Noah, HVACZnCntWithMult is available in the AnalysisResults.xml for each 
Thermal zone. For the PERF report maybe it is easier if there is a SDD term at 
Bldg level that sums up HVACZnCntWithMult values form all Thermal Zones in the 
model. Nikhil, does that sound reasonable?
