Report - Project Data and Design Team #829

Nikhil,

Should the Project Data and Design Team information be required for the 
compliance report to be certified for compliance?

If your answer is no, then we should remove the word "- specify -" from all of 
these values so that information can be entered with a pen after printing.

It is required but handwritten information is not acceptable. We can just leave 
this as is for now.
