There were two issues with your input file.

First, the domestic hot water was being supplied by a fluid system of Type= Hot
Water. This should be Type = Service Hot Water. Hot water is used for heating
hot water.

Second, you have a storage capacity of 0 gallons for your hot water heater. A
value of at least 1 is required.

When these two changes are made (see attached input file), a valid compliance
run can be completed.

However, you have all components in your model set with Status = Existing. In
this situation, the baseline is expected to match the proposed model, but this
is not a case expected for compliance analysis. However, it appears that there
is a bug in the software, and the existing roof construction is not being
applied to the baseline. This situation will be investigated and a fix
implemented for the first bug fix release, scheduled for November 14.
