90.1 Baseline Fans - TotStaticPress #848

David,

The 90.1 test models 080032 and 030032 are showing a TotStaticPress = 1e-005 
for all baseline fans.

I have not checked the baseline fans in the other 90.1 test models.

Yeah, Sandeep identified this in some testing we did earlier this week, I just 
have not had time to get to it. I will have this fixed by tomorrow.
