IES - system count error #859

Do you know what the cause of this error could be?

0074417: T24 error

2014-Nov-19 14:40:30 - Error:  The AirSystem:Count for 'Air system OA Office A' 
is not consistent with the maximum or minimum ThermalZone:Multiplier of the 
zones the system serves.  Count should be the same value as the 
ThermalZone:Multiplier. evaluating rule: Set CHECKCODE AirSys:Cnt  
(50:'HVACSecondary-General.rule' line 351)

I am trying to model a heat pump system (zone systems) with a dedicated outdoor 
air unit (air system with terminal units).

The original model you sent had a bunch of errors related to cfm/ton ratios 
being out of range on 8 of the 15 VRV units.  When I fixed those, I did still 
get the errors related to the multiplier.  These are really due to the 
inability of version 2b to properly handle situations where PriAirCondgSysRef 
and VentSysRef were not the same, i.e., with a DOAS.  There is no workaround 
for this that I am aware of.  This bug was fixed in version 3.
