Roger,
If you plan to address this and other issues with DX or HeatPump coils, I
recommend creating an alternate '-S901G.rule' files. It appears the rules for
901 deviate more in these areas from T24 rules, and in this case, I have found
separate rule files is an easier way to track this.

I am not seeing this. When I ran this model, the COP is 3.4 (Actually EIR is
0.293402). What makes you say the COP is hard coded to 5?

Roger- Looks like I'm not doing something correctly. David didn't see the fan
curve issue I pointed out as well. Could you please send me a short step by
step description for updating SVN, compiling the code- I want to make sure I'm
not missing anything

I re-ran this test and verified that the issue isn't present anymore. I think
it was related to not compiling the code correctly.
