Issue Summary:
List the steps taken to produce the error. For example:
      1. step 1 – open the file
      2. step 2 – click calculate
      3. step 3 – software produces error message:

In an effort to create a Prescriptive i.e. neutral model, I increased the 
wattage of my light fixture…but this caused the above error. It seems to 
occur if you have more than 120 W of lighting total within the Primary Daylight 
Zone…whether or not you add controls!

On the Daylighting tab of the Space Data input screen, you do not have any 
daylighting controls turned on.  For nonresidential spaces, if there is more 
than 120 W of lighting power in the primary sidelit or skylit daylighting 
areas, daylighting controls are mandatory.  You can resolve this error by 
checking the “100% controlled” box, as shown below.
